CYLINDERS

In our department of Villanova Mondovì (CN) we realize self-supporting trammels for mobile/fixed screens for the principal brands on the market completed by flanges and chain or other systems of movement and traction.
Based on the customer needs we can add welded particular like cochleas, scoops, slow motion and deflections. We make screens with UNGHIATURE for worked filaments of nylon.

PERFORATED POLYURETHANE PLATES

We make rugs in antiwear polyurethane for screens type FLIP-FLOW with several fixing system, realized by casting with different thickness and type of forated based on material type that will be screen (glass, compost or potting soils).

PERFORATED PLATES FOR MILLS

We are able to provide perforated plates for mills (chippers) until 30 mm of thickness and perforated plates for shredders for completed with any frame, holes and fixing plates.
